2024 Hoof Health Conference Booth Selection
To have a booth, the company must also be a sponsor. However, one can sponsor without having a booth.
If you wish to only be a Basic Sponsor, scroll down and select that option.
If you wish to have a booth, do not select Basic Sponsor also. The Basic Sponsorship is included in the total price for the booth (ie: $975 Basic Sponsor + $550 Standard Booth = $1525).
Please also consider Sponsorship Add-Ons which can be found below the booths. These are great opportunities to get your name in front of hoof trimmers around the world and to keep it there for years to come. Your generous support of Hoof Trimmers Association allows us to continue to provide a variety of educational opportunities as well as meet-ups and other benefits to our members around the world.
Booth Reservation Directions
To reserve your booth:
- Decide which booth you want. Outdoor booths do not appear on the map, but may be reserved below.
- Scroll down the page to that booth and click “Claim Booth…” button.
- Answer all the questions included there.
- Select any add-on sponsorships you would like to claim for your company.
- Register ALL people who will be in your booth. Booth comes with one registration, all additional personnel must be registered and paid.
- Complete the form and pay for your booth and registrations.
You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is complete.
The system will not allow more than one reservation per booth. We will update the booth reservations list below as new reservations are confirmed.
