Submittal Specifications
  • Advertisements should be submitted  as .ai, .eps, .pdf or .png
  • Artwork should be print-ready CMYK
  • Adverts purchased will be fulfilled with previous advertisements unless new artwork is submitted by teh deadline as indicated in the published schedule (above).
  • Artwork substitutions after the deadline will be attempted, but not guaranteed. 
  • In the case of a late submission or post-deadline substitution, HTA is not responsible should the incorrect ad be published. It is the responsibility of Advertiser to submit correct artwork by the deadline.
