Hoof Trimmers Association makes available two $1,000 scholarships annually.

To apply for the scholarship, please refer to the qualifications on the preceeding page, then complete the application below.

All requested information is required. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applications must be submitted by May 1st. Applications submitted after that day will not be considered.
